Roses and Roses Soap
Well, it’s been a while, and I did get a request for the stuff. So rose soap has returned to Om Shanti Handcrafts.
Rose absolute oil. Rose petals as an exfoliant. And a single rose petal pressed into the top of each bar.
What else needs to be said?

Om Shanti Handcrafts
Hi! I make all kinds of things, shiny beaded jewelry, paternosters & rosaries, herbal bath salts, hand milled soaps, lotions & potions. I’m currently selling on etsy.com but hope to expand to my own web site soon. Welcome!
This is where I’ll blog my growing business — from experiments in soapmaking to new advertising ventures. I’m finding myself fascinated by all aspects of opening a business so I figure I might as well talk about it!

What My Customers Have to Say
Kate is a sweatheart! This tea so wonderful and soothing, a delightful essense to smell, the taste is strengthening, refreshing and calming. It's even nice to see the petals and tea she blended as I'm drinking the tea! Thank you also for the generous sample of bath tea! I will be back for more tea and bath milk! Thank you! -- Vistah Soap
Thanks Kate! You were great to work with, and I could not be happier with the finished product! They arrived yesterday, and everyone here thinks they rock. -- Danielle
Absolutely beautiful! Quality materials and excellent craftsmanship, which also apply to the wonderfully-scented lip balms I ordered. I couldn't be happier. -- Jean
Kass at Reconstructing History says: "Without Om Shanti Bath Salts, I simply refuse to bathe!" You can read more of her reaction at her blog.
Regine says: Can't wait to use them, they smell lovely! Thanks so much for the sample of the floral scent. Count on me to check your shop in the future!!
Reviews, Features, Mentions
My bath salts were featured in an Etsy Treasury done by a fellow MileHigh-er!
Denille at Denille E.O. Designs interviewed me at her blog. I think I'm getting the hang of this!
A review -- and one I'm mightily proud of! Balmbastic specializes in reviewing lip balms though they'll happily review any bath & body stuff you might wish to send their way. Read what they had to say about my lip balms in this lovely review.
My Etsy mini has been featured on Buried Treasury and on the Etsy Bloggers Street Team Blog.
Sweet Figments featured my Sweet Steal back in May.
My first blog interview -- I was so proud! You can still see it at Greenies 08.

That soap looks so pretty. Add one to my order.
Oooo – that looks heavenly!
Aww, thanks, you guys. :)
Wow…that is really beautiful soap! I can’t even imagine how great it smells!!!
I’m not usually a fan of rose-scented things (unless they’re, y’know, roses) but this stuff is pretty awesome, I’ve got to say. :)
Thank you!
